The Nobleja house is located within the BIG BERRY resort on the Kolpa River. In the immediate vicinity of the house, there is a huge oak tree that provides pleasant shade during the summer and creates beautiful colors in the autumn. The house is situated close to the Kolpa River, which invites you with its beauty on hot summer days. Access to the river is well-arranged. The house has a comfortably furnished terrace with an oven and a grill. The interior is adorned with all the necessary equipment, including air conditioning in the living area that cools or heats the entire space. Additionally, there is an infrared panel in the bathroom. The living area features a flat-screen TV and a small kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and a coffee machine. Inside the house, there is a fully equipped bathroom with towels, toilet paper, and a hairdryer. The bedrooms are furnished with bed linen.
