Property information

The modernity and sophistication of the early 19th century villa combine just a step away from the city center and create a boutique apart hotel with a unique and unrepeatable charm. The completely restored 1922 villa has restored and installed its original elements, such as doors, furniture and even utensils, as well as cutlery used by the Countess who lived in it at the time. Please note that guests are required to pay city tax due to local law. This city tax varies between cities and is not included in the price of the accommodation. Let us know if you have any questions

Neighbourhood information

The villa is in the center of Ljubljana: step through the door and you are almost by the river Ljubljanica. In the surroundings you can enjoy a beautiful view of the architecture of the historic city of Ljubljana (from antiquity to the present day). All the main sights are just a short walk away, and the varied offer of restaurants, bars and cafes will satisfy every gourmet.
