Please contact us in advance if you want to have a party at the house. 14. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and if neighbours are disturbed, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. 15. A 150 SEK charge will be added for a or stolen key 16. You’re not allowed to eat in your bedroom. 17. Do not leave any food out that will attract pests. Our home is pest-free and we intend to keep it that way with your help. 18. If you break or damage something, please let your host know and arrange for its replacement or repair. 19. Please clean the entire house at the end of your stay. If you want the hosts to clean instead, a cleaning fee of 500 SEK will be added to your booking. OBS! There is a train that runs in front of the house. This has not been a disturbance to us, and we hope it will not be to you either. However it is your responsiblity to teach any children about train safety, and to be aware of your childrens where abouts at all times.
