The house has a large and cozy living room with access to a lovely wooden terrace, a new kitchen equipped with everything you could wish for, and comfortable bedrooms decorated in warm colors. Each room has its own charm, surrounded by colors, woodwork, floral wallpaper and antique furniture. Outside, a large plot of approx. 5000 m2 surrounded by old stone walls awaits you, where life quietly takes its course. Enjoy the shade of the pond on a hot summer day or sit down with a hot chocolate on a cold winter day. There's also a large wooden terrace with garden furniture and a Weber gas grill - perfect for a summer evening of barbecuing and socializing. The area around the house is full of opportunities to experience nature. Take a trip to Söderåsen National Park, enjoy a swim in Lake Bandsjön or visit one of the many charming cafés with homemade cakes in the area. For golf enthusiasts, there are many high-quality golf courses nearby. And with a fishing license, you can fish in Rönne Å or go canoeing.
