Apartmani se nalaze u najlepšoj kući u Temerinskoj ulici. Jednosobni apartman se nalazi u visokom prizemlju i čitav prostor je otvoren, sa 2 francuska kreveta i pomocni lezaj za 1 osobu i ugaona garnitura za dve osobe, kuhinjom i kupatilom. Pogodan je za smeštaj 5-6 osoba. Dvosobni apartman se nalazi na prvom spratu i ima dve odvojene spavaće sobe, dnevni boravak sa kuhinjom i trpezarijom i kupatilo. Pogodan je za 7 osoba. Oba apartmana imaju poseban ulaz.

Apartmani su udaljeni na samo 5 minuta peške od strogog centra Novog Sada i oko 1,9 km od Petrovaradinske tvrđave. Na par km je i Fruska Gora. Gradski prevoz je preko puta apartmana a u krugu od 20 metara nalaze se restorani, prodavnice pića i prehrane kao i pekare, mesare itd. U blizini je i Rent a car.
