Very central location, downtown Belgrade. Makenzieva Street, corner of Kneginja Zorka (Slavia / Temple of St. Sava), close to the Clinical Center, Children's Hospital and Faculty of Medicine, 3 minutes walk to the bus, trolleybus and tram stations. Great space and great location for shorter or longer stays for 1-4 people. The 30m2 apartment is on the ground floor, in a building with 4 floors. It is an old building, marble entrance, and the apartment is located first in the building. Ceiling height is 3m. The layout is great. The windows overlook the courtyard which is quiet and peaceful. Parking where the studio is located is payable Mon-Fri 7am - 9pm and Saturday 7am - 2pm: - per hour started, max 4 hours (first three hours 41din / 1h, fourth hour / 140din), or - daily parking ticket (935din / 7.5euro - 24h) is valid from the moment of issue until the same time on the first day after which the parking fee is charged. - parking is free from Saturday 2pm to Monday 7am.
The hosts: Aleksandra Batinić, professor and lecturer of foreign languages. Branislav Batinić, architect and lecturer in computer software. We live near your accommodation, we can easily agree on everything. We offer 2 accommodations between Slavija Square and St. Sava Temple, both on the high ground floor, overlooking the courtyard, quiet and clean.
Accommodation is 100m from Slavia Square towards St. Sava Temple, Belgrade downtown.
