The apartment is 3 km from the city center and 3.5 km from Niš fortress, adequately connected by all traffic lines. Everything you need is near the apartment. Just 100 meters from our studio there are also clinics - NeuroMedical Center, Veličković Clinic, Maja Clinic... and many others. The largest shopping center in the south of Serbia, Delta Planet, is a 15-minute walk from the apartment. As part of the LP Premium Studio apartment, you have the option of leaving your car in a private parking space. Also, as guests of the LP Premium Studio apartment, you have the opportunity to use the HBO program for free, which offers a large selection of movies and series. Near the apartment is the largest shopping center, markets, cafes and restaurants.
