,,Casa Ana” Guest house, in Sibiel, has been noted for its tradition in agrotourism since 1989, when grandma Ana arranged her house with great pleasure to receive guests, which she has been pampering ever since with delicious traditional recipes for soups, stews, stuffed cabbage rolls, steaks, pies, donuts, local sweets, etc.
Her culinary talent was inherited from her mother, named also Ana and from her grandmother, Maria.
The guest house is named after the name of the grandma, but also after the name of her youngest niece, Ana too.
Recently renovated, Casa Ana guest house is structured on three levels, and offers tourists 6 rooms - 3 doubles and 3 triples - each with private bathroom. Casa Ana has a generous living room with special dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, balcony with a superb mountain view, a garden with gazebo and a special place for barbecue and cooking on wooden stove.
Grandma Ana managed to inspire her children with this desire to do agrotourism and thus became a small family business involving the mother, the two girls, the boy and the daughter-in-law, hoping that maybe at least one of the the seven grandchildren will inherit the passion for hospitality.
The Ciortea family warmly invites their tourists to cross the threshold of their house, to enjoy its hospitality, the wonderful dishes with Transylvanian stories, mostly cooked with products from their own household, the elegance and comfort of the house, and last but not least, the beauty and tranquility of the village at the foot of the Cindrel mountains.

With a population of about 450 inhabitants, the village is part of the ten Sibiel settlements that make up the city Sălişte. Located along the namesake river, which crosses the city from west to east, the city Sibielului was identified by some researchers as Salgo camp, attested from 1322.
