Situated at an altitude of 1,585 metres above sea level in Arefu, close to the Transfagarasan, Romania's most dramatic paved road, Hotel Paraul Capra offers comfortable accommodation in idyllic surroundings. All rooms feature a balcony with views over the forest and the mountains. Each unit is equipped with satellite TV, and comprises an en-suite bathroom. Authentic Romanian game dishes are served at the restaurant of Hotel Paraul Capra. There is a children's playground on site. It is possible to go hiking on the trails of Mount Ghitu, or enjoy winter sports like climbing, skiing or sleighing.
