Nestled close to the silvery sands and gentle waves of São Martinho do Porto, this luxurious villa offers a perfect blend of excitement and tranquility. The seaside town is renowned for its shell-shaped bay, ideal for swimming, sunbathing, and water sports. After exploring this picturesque location, indulging in fresh seafood, or soaking up the sun, the villa serves as the ultimate retreat. The villa features three spacious bedrooms, each with a luxurious en-suite bathroom, and super king-size beds that ensure restful sleep. The third bedroom offers flexibility with an option to separate the bed into twin beds. Air conditioning throughout the property guarantees comfort even on the warmest days. Designed with relaxation in mind, the villa is filled with natural light through floor-to-ceiling windows, equipped with blackout shutters for light control and security. The open-plan lounge area is perfect for unwinding, with a plush sofa bed (145cm x 230cm) for additional sleeping space, a large flat-screen TV with a soundbar, and free Wi-Fi. A fully equipped kitchen, featuring top-of-the-line appliances and granite countertops, caters to culinary enthusiasts. The property features a large, heated swimming pool. Pool heating is included from June 1st to September 30th. Guests wishing to heat the pool in May or October can do so for an extra charge (please contact us for more information). However, for stays of 8 days or longer in May or October, pool heating is provided at no extra cost. Please note that the pool cannot be heated from November through April. The beautifully landscaped garden is thoughtfully designed and well-equipped to help you enjoy outdoor living to the fullest. Surrounding the pool, you’ll find four comfortable loungers, a set of cozy outdoor armchairs and a charming swing chair for added relaxation. An outdoor dining table and eight chairs are perfect for alfresco meals. Unfortunately, it’s not possible to check-in to this property on a Sunday.

São Martinho is a beautiful small village, with a shell shaped bay. Due to its particular shape, the bay is the ideal beach for families with small children, as the strong sea current characteristic of the Atlantic ocean is not present here. Throughout the sea front there are lovely restaurants, where you can delight yourself with delicious Portuguese food, nice cafés and bars. Just a stroll away along the coast line and you'll find Salir do Porto River beach, which has the river streaming to the ocean and is also perfect for families due to its calm waters. São Martinho do Porto's beautiful beach, just a short walk away, is perfect for sun lovers and water sports fans. Whether you prefer lounging on the sand or trying activities like jet skiing, kayaking, or stand-up paddleboarding, the beach offers a fantastic range of things to do. Explore nearby towns beyond São Martinho do Porto to enhance your Portuguese adventure. Visit Nazaré for its famous giant waves and charming streets, or go to Alcobaça to admire the stunning monastery, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The historic town of Óbidos, with its medieval charm, is also easy to reach.
