Monte do Zambujeiro is set in a traditional home in the Alentejo countryside, overlooking the Mira River. It offers self-catering villas and outdoor salt-water pool, 5 km from a sandy beach.
The villas all feature tiled floors and tasteful, complementing colours. Each is fitted with wood furnishings, while some have windows with inside shutters. Each is equipped with a full kitchen and DVD player.
A daily breakfast is served on the terrace overlooking Zambujeiro’s garden and the Mira River below.
Guests can enjoy sunbathing on the hotel’s garden lawn or take a cooling dive in the large pool, which has underwater lighting at night. Hotel Zambujeiro offers rent bicycles for exploring the Beja district.
Monte do Zambujeiro is a 10-minute drive from Vila Nova de Milfontes town, across the Mira River. Free private parking is available on site.

A few years ago I decided to transform my Grandma's holiday home into a rural tourism. Monte do Zambujeiro always was a special place to me, I could sit for hours telling you about my adventures when I was young... Today it's even more special, it's a dream that came true. I'm sure my Grandma is very happy with everything we did here and that we are sharing this peace of paradise with all our visitors.

Please note that pets are not accepted in the suites. They are only accepted in the villas upon request and at an additional cost of EUR 15 per night (up to 10kg) and EUR 25 (+10KG) per pet. Up to 2 pets (dogs or cats) are allowed and a security deposit of EUR 200 per pet will be required. Pets will be required to wear a leash in common areas and will not be allowed in the pool area. Please note that pets are not allowed in the deluxe king rooms and all stays with pets are available upon request and confirmation by the hotel.
