The 197 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, a fan, heating, a washing machine as well as a dryer. 3 high chairs and 3 baby cots are also available for a fee. The villa boasts a private outdoor space featuring a pool (can be heated for an extra fee), an open terrace, a covered terrace, a balcony and a barbecue. Free parking is available on the street. Pets and smoking are not allowed. The check-in time is from 4 pm, the check-out time until 10 am. Childcare is available. Beach/pool towels are provided for a fee.
