Booking this apartment requires payment of a deposit (500) required by the owner. Please note that parties are not allowed and the silence rule is from 10 p.m. until 9 a.m. If the condominium reports any problems in this regard, a warning and possible penalty will be sent.
Enjoy this loving and stylish apartment in a newly built building. It is perfect for your stay while exploring the city of Gaia. Thanks to its large and grandiose windows, the apartment is very bright and airy.
The apartment has 2 GARAGE SPACES inside the building, making your group more secure about where to park.
For your comfort, the beds are distributed among the rooms as follows:
→ In the 1st Bedroom there are two single beds together as a double bed;
→ In the 2nd Bedroom there are two single beds together as a double bed;
→ In the 3rd Bedroom there are two single beds;
All rooms have AC for greater comfort on hot and cold days.
Dine in the well-equipped KITCHEN, with all the utensils and appliances you need to prepare a good time at the table, feeling as if you were at home:
→ Microwave;
→ Refrigerator;
→ Coffee Machine;
→ Oven;
→ Etc;
In addition to the kitchen, you can count on two BATHROOMS for a relaxing bath after visiting the city.
Would you like the company of your pet? You can bring it with you for cost of 390 for the all stay and an additional cost to be returned in full at the end of your stay if there is no damage (200).
