Happy House is located right in historic center of Ponta Delgada which is the capital of the Island of Sao Miquel and the Azorean Archipelago. The property is located in the second floor rear ( right side) of the 7 condo building for additional privacy. The building has an elevator that opens in front of the condo. Happy house features one bedroom and a living room with an extended couch that can easily accommodate 2 more adults. It has 1 full bathroom which is handicap accessible and an Half bathroom as well. It sports all the newest/ comfortable equipment such as all appliances , 2 air conditioning units and a washer and dryer if you decide you need laundry services. We provide all the supplies. Happy house is surround by restaurants , pubs and nightclubs, shopping, museums, theater and fitness centers
We stay at Happy house ourselves a couple of times a year. Marta was born in the island of saint Michael. We always greet and meet our quests at check in. we speak and write English and Portuguese.
There are numerous churches to visit all very close to the condo . The waterfront which includes the natural pools ,shopping and all maritime activities such as fishing and whale watching is 200 meters from the condo. There are many entertainment venues after the sun sets, with free concerts , free music and dancing
