Welcome! This beautiful 100 m2 house has been completely renovated with a modern and elegant design, offering the highest level of comfort and relaxation for our guests. This property offers a terrace with a lovely garden, private pool, seating area, outdoor dining area, free public parking, free WiFi, and air-conditioning. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with brand-new appliances, including a kettle, microwave, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, dishwasher, washer, and ironing essentials. It also features a dining table that comfortably seats six people. The living room features a spacious and comfortable couch, an armchair, and a 65-inch widescreen smart TV with access to Netflix and other streaming services. One bedroom features a presidential king bed, an ample layout, and a closet. The second bedroom includes a king-size bed, wardrobe, and TV. The house also includes a beautifully decorated bathroom with a walk-in shower and a hair dryer. Towels and bed linens are provided. The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.
