Modern and tastefully decorated, this 36m2 lovely apartment is close to various top attractions in Matosinhos, such as Porto de Leixões, Mercado de Matosinhos, the best seafood restaurants and Matosinhos beach. Please note that the apartment is located on a lively street known for its high-quality selection of restaurants. The area is busier during the day and on weekends, creating a vibrant atmosphere. The property is located on the 1st floor and accessible by stairs. Designed with an open floor plan, the living room features a comfortable sofa, a wide-screen TV for watching your favourite shows, and a dining table. The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as an electric hob, an oven and a microwave.  For added convenience, the apartment is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze, as well as an ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs. The bedroom has a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort and is separated from the living area by a stylish glass door with a curtain for privacy.
