The apartment is modernized, has lots of light and excellent sun exposure, in addition to a beautiful direct view of a large garden in the area. It has a modern and very attractive decor. Regarding the functionality of the apartment, I would like to inform and clarify some booking conditions: 1. The base number of guests - 2 , always admits the occupancy of a single room, or a suite or a room with two single beds. 2. If the guests intend to occupy the two rooms (even if they are two hosts because they want to be in separate rooms) they should always book as 3 or 4 guests. 3. It is not possible for 4 adults to choose single beds because the apartment only has two single beds and a double bed. 4. The room not booked we intend to close during booking 5. When the apartment is reserved for a period longer than 15 days, we ask and present to the guest the need to carry out a total cleaning of the apartment with a change of clothes and sheets, every 10 days, for the additional amount per intervention. 6. When the guest shows interest in reserving the apartment, he must send us information about the reservation period and duration. Based on the conditions transmitted on the platform, the guest must request the IBAN for bank transfer, 7 days before check in (as we must have the amount of the reservation transferred before check in) so that check in can be scheduled as normal.

Close to the apartment there are some bakeries, a shopping center, and at least three excellent restaurants (Ribeirada with very good cuisine and good quality/price ratio, to name just one,..) has an excellent take away ( the name : fresh food with good cooking and good prices). There is also a McDonalds 500 m away. There is a supermarket 300/400 m near the apartment: LIDL but there are other restaurants close by with ALDI, CONTINENTE and PINGO DOCE .
