Relax with your family or friends in this nice villa surrounded by nature and, enjoy the fresh baths on the pool available right in front of the house. Obviously, the pool can be used every day but, in Winter it should be colder :). We live in the big house inside the property and, this cozy full house you're interested in has all the necessary and new equipment for a nice relaxing time in your holidays. It's only 5 minutes driving to the nearest beach where you can enjoy the sun and well-known waves from Costa da Caparica or, be in Lisbon just around 15 minutes driving. Just remind some basic house rules: The number of people booked on the reservation must be the number of people in the check-in. No extra guests are allowed. All guests must provide their personal IDs prior to check-in in order to communicate to SEF according to Portuguese law. A message with this request will be sent some days before the check-in.

We are a young family with two adults and two children so, be welcome to our lovely place. I (Hugo) work at home (in the big house located on the same property), I am 38 years and use to surf almost every day during the year. I am fluent in English and Spanish besides Portuguese. My wife Rita is a teacher and speaks fluently also french. We have two little children so, expect loads of curiosity and sharing kid's things from them :)

Outside the property, there are other villas and a lot of silence.... you usually only hear the animals (crows, seagulls, or the rooster from the neighbors singing in the morning). You can walk for 5 minutes and you'll have supermarkets, restaurants, and coffee shops. You can park your car right in from of the gate. It's strongly recommended that you have your own car because the only public transport around is bus and it can have huge delays. On the other hand with a car, you are 5 minutes from the beach (Fonte da Telha), 10 minutes from Costa da Caparica or Almada and 15 minutes from Lisboa.
