Property information

Casa Monte Novo is a wonderful property for a family holiday or quiet retreat in the Algarve with the charm and flair of a typical Algarve country house. Located in the coastal countryside close to Praia da Marinha beach, at only a short drive from the idyllic fishermen’s village of Carvoeiro and the city of Lagoa, this classic villa has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room, dining room and equipped kitchen. The two bedrooms on the upper floor also have a private terrace, a retreat with seating area and wonderful views of the Atlantic Ocean. The spacious outdoor area offers large (partly covered) terraces with several (shaded) seating areas, a barbecue corner with dining table, pool (heatable at extra cost) with sun loungers and a beautiful sea view. Several restaurants and Praia da Marinha beach are within walking distance, but transportation is still recommended as there are no nearby shopping facilities.
