The large kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and other small appliances. Adjacent is a laundry room with a large fridge, washing machine, and access to a covered BBQ area. Outside, enjoy the private fenced pool (10x5m), perfect for cooling off and relaxing in the Algarve sun. The property includes a garage and additional parking for up to three more cars.
