In a quiet and refined residential area of Cascais, surrounded by gardens, golf courses and within walking distance of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean, you will find this spacious and bright apartment. Acácias Flat offers all the amenities and comfort you need to enjoy your stay in the sunny village of Cascais. The apartment itself is about 120 square meters, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable and bright living / dining room and a spacious balcony. The flat is located on the second floor of a building with elevator. It is ideal for couples, families or groups of friends looking to explore Cascais, with all the main attractions just a few minutes away. The apartment is located in an old building, whose plumbing sometimes has a characteristic odor, so we recommend that the space is properly ventilated during your stay. The flat has three bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed, one with a single bed (convertible into a double bed) and the other with two single beds. The flat has two bathrooms, one with bath and shower and another with shower only. The Living Room is spacious, with flat screen TV, dining table for 6 people and a bright balcony, ideal to relax and enjoy the sunlight. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, washing machine, iron, microwave and coffee maker (coffee not included). ￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.

Near Cascais, it is worth visiting Sintra-Cascais Natural Park, a lush redoubt, such as Boca do Inferno, where the sea crosses the coast in a spectacular way.
