Joy it’s a newly renovated 3 bedroom,2 full bathroom located in an antique house Condo “ Villa Nueva” in a very quiet neighborhood part of Condado in San Juan. The apartment is Newly furnished and decorated ,very cozy so the guests can enjoy their stay. There is a new kitchen with all appliances. Located less than 10min ride from the airport easy accessible and walking distance to the beach, plenty of restaurants , pharmacies and entertainment on Ashford street. There is a just around the corner big supermarket which is open 24/7. Uber is also available and considering everything it’s close it’s cheap. You can check in at the apartment keyless just you need to open the box at the main door gate to get the key from the gate itself.
