The location is in the new "Nowy Raków" residential complex. There is easy access to the A2 and S8 highways, and it's close to the city center and Chopin Airport. Nearby, you'll find a shopping center, a trampoline park, the Bakalarska market, and a variety of Asian restaurants. Within the estate, there is a small pond. There are two grocery stores on the premises, a gym, a café with sweets, a restaurant (Resto Raków – breakfast available), delicious sushi, a bakery, a vegetable store, and a high-quality butcher shop. The neighborhood is well-maintained and green—an excellent base for exploring all parts of Warsaw.
