Upper Apart is located in the centre of Cieszyn - from the apartment window you can see historical theatre building. There is: only 200 meters to the border only 300 meters to the top of Castle Hill only 400 meters to the Market Square 800 meters to the Bus Station 1,2 km to the Train Station on the Czech side
