The apartment is designed in a loft style and has an area of 43 m². It is located on the first floor and consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a balcony (7 m²). It provides comfortable accommodation for up to 4 people – guests have access to a double bed in the bedroom and a fold-out double sofa in the living room. On the premises, there is a dedicated, free parking space. Additionally, the entire facility is fenced, closed, and monitored 24/7.
The property is located approximately 450 meters from the sea in a very quiet and peaceful area, in close proximity to a pine forest. It is about 900 meters to the center of Międzywodzie and about 200 meters to the nearest restaurant and grocery store (Dino).
