A freshly renovated studio in the beautiful building from early 1900. This place is just a few steps from the most famous Monte Cassino boulevard full of pubs, restaurants, clubs, shops ..., 500 meters from beaches and the longest wooden pier in Europe. Even though it is in a very center of the city, it is pleasantly quiet. This 45 square meters apartment comprises of a spacious room with a mezzanine, big kitchen with dining table, and a bathroom equipped with washing machine. All connected by a long corridor. As you might expect ceiling is very high (3,2 meters). Due to buildings location it never gets warmer than around 22 C inside, even during the hottest summer days. Living room has a hammock, two large sofas, a big old wooden table and huge wardrobe to store all your things. In kitchen you will find all necessary equipment, from fridge to keep your drinks cool to stove and oven to keep your snacks warm. Bathroom has heated floor and you are free to use the washing machine.
