A 150 square meters loft with 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and a beautiful open space with a fully furnished kitchen, a dining and living area and a terrace all in the heart of General Luna Tourism road on the beautiful Island of Siargao. Each bedroom has it own bathroom to offer you the best confort and privacy. The master bedroom has a memory foam king size bed, a bathroom with shower and a double sink, a big bathtube and a large closet and a smart TV with Netflix. The queen bedroom has a memory foam queen size bed, a bathroom with shower a large closet. The double bedroom has two memory foam single beds, a bathroom with shower. The kitchen is fully furnished for you to enjoy home cooked meals. An expresso machine, Kettle, French Press coffee machine, toaster, stove and rice cooker. The dining area has a large dining table and the living room has 2 large sofas and a Smart TV with Netflix. There is a terrace where guest can smoke with a table and chairs. Walking distance of all the coolest and trendiest cafes and restaurant of General Luna. Less than 100 meters from the beach and a few minutes walk from the pier where you can book your Island Hopping to discover all the Islands around. We put our soul and love to create this beautiful space for you to enjoy, we are hoping for your respect and consideration for everything that is at your disposition. We do not allow any gathering or parties after 10pm in order to respect the neigbors but also the place. PETS are not allowed and smoking is strictly restricted inside the Loft, you may use the terrace if you wish to smoke and use the ashtray. As we live on a remote Island, you may experience some electricity difficulties such as fluctuations or even power outage for several hours. There is a generator onsite to ensure the best service we can and have you enjoy your stay properly. Chargeable lights are also available in addition to that. The prime location of The Rover is what makes it even more exceptional. Located on the main tourism road of Siargao Island, the Loft is walking distance to pretty much anything. From the market and the pier where you can get a boat to go island hopping to a lot of restaurants, bars and shops, it will only take you a few minutes walking to reach any spot. Tricycle are very very easily available just down the Loft and will take you anywhere you need. A book of recommendations ( Food, Drinks, Dance, Move...) will be sent to you as soon your reservation is confirmed and we will be more than happy to help you plan the best trip ever in Siargao Island.
