MUST READ!! The property is located at the second level/floor and just below the rooftop. Access is through stairs only. The posted unit set-up is good for 8pax. We prepare beddings according to number of pax. Please note that we can accommodate up to 10pax(additional mattress provided) for additional charge in excess of 8pax. When booking, please make sure to indicate the correct number of guests. We can accommodate 1 car only. Please consider Baguio terrain. Toiletries and towels are not provided. Towels can be rented for 50php each.(Must be requested a day/or earlier prior check-in to avoid back and forth to the unit since we do not live at the transient area. Delivery charge may apply if requested after the check-in). For safety purposes, we do not provide drinking water. You can buy from the store at the first floor. Just bring the galloon available at the unit. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: 1. EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT Our standard check-in/check-out-time is 02:00PM and 11:00AM respectively. Early check-in and late check-out is subject to unit availability for hourly extra charge. 2. CLEAN AS YOU GO Please treat our airbnb as your own. 3. CONSERVE WATER & ELECTRICITY It's a basic and general rule. Let's conserve energy. Please turn off/close anything that is not being used. 4. PET RULES Always keep pets off the sofa, beds and other furnitures at all times. Let's be a RESPONSIBLE pet owner to avoid deep cleaning. - Maximum pet that we can accommodate is 2.
