The neighborhood of San Lazaro, the oldest of Arequipa San Lazaro was the first quarter that had the White City and she lived about 40 families, who built a small temple. Located in the historic city center of Arequipa, it is to appreciate the architectural beauty of its old houses, temples, museums, theaters and the Plaza de Armas, built of ashlar. But one of the places that impresses and currently, it is also visited by tourists, is the district of San Lazaro, who was the first and one of the oldest neighborhoods that had the White City before its foundation in 1540. Its narrow streets, its houses of ashlar, its small temple and its square round countryside, make San Lazaro a nice barriecito located in the historic center of the city, considered Cultural Heritage. This neighborhood is located between the streets of Jerusalem, Puente Grau and Avenida Juan de la Torre, and now has been almost entirely recovered. Highlights its architectural beauty, which not only impresses with its infrastructure; but also by its small temple that makes it seem to missionaries, and the name of its alleys, most notably the alley Violin, Crystals, Desaguadero, Ripacha, Calienes, Naval C
