This house offers the very best views on offer of the beautiful coast sweeping all the way from Whitianga township to Simpsons Beach. Situated on a quiet street with ample parking for cars and boats. There is a large outdoor deck and entertainment area, which includes an outside table/chairs/ BBQ. This outdoor entertainment area is very sheltered and the views are the best that any house in the area has to offer. The max number of tenants allowed is 8. Extra children upon request. The house is located in a quiet street where the locals enjoy the calm and serenity. Therefore if you want to party hard, then this may not be the house for you as we want to keep the neighbours happy. Enjoy yourselves but please respect the neighbours. Kitchen: Modern open plan, complete with granite top benches, electric hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer, and dish washer. All appliances, cutlery, etc, are supplied. Lounge/Dining: The upper living room has the ultimate views towards the the coast with good outdoor flow through ranch sliders. Family Room: Perfect for the children or as a second lounge (including extra TV). This room has ranch sliders again offering fantastic coastal views.
