We have available to rent a lovely fully self-contained Studio that is holiday accommodation located only a few doors away from Mairangi Bay beach and Mairangi Bay restaurants and shops. The decor of the Studio has a nice light relaxed beachy feel to it which we think works well and makes you feel like you are on holiday. The studio is located downstairs from us and has its own private entrance and is well-positioned North facing (this is perfect in the Southern Hemisphere) with great indoor/outdoor flow to a large sub-tropical garden and deck.
We have been operating our studio for almost 15 years now, and we feel that it has a nice relaxing feel about it with all the amenities you need and more. We really enjoy meeting people from all over the world as we have both traveled extensively and know what it is like to find suitable accommodation, and not having to pay a fortune for it. We also make sure our guests have total privacy but we are here if they need us for advice.
Mairangi Bay is a great place to live and have a holiday too with three lovely beaches (Mairangi Bay, Murrays Bay, and Campbells Bay) all within close walking distance along the beachfront. There is also a children's playground just around the corner from us on the way to the beach. If you need food and drink supplies we have a new Countdown food store plus a great Vege Shop that also stocks many other grocery items, Fish Shop, Liquor Store, Delicatessan etc, all just two doors away from here. If you feel like dining out, there are some great cafes, and restaurants scattered around the Mairangi Bay Village with a couple of other excellent restaurants just over the hill. Ladies if you feel like a bit of retail therapy, there are a couple of lovely boutique shops also in the Village plus a couple of gorgeous gift shops. All these shops are only two doors away from our studio so a very easy walk.
