Spread across three storeys and sleeping up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms, there is plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy their holiday. Then bring the family or group back together in the generous open-plan living, dining and kitchen area for a good meal at the end of a busy day exploring. For days outdoors, there is ample room to relax in the sun from large sundeck to the main garden which offers a private pathway through the native bush to a secluded stream and dining area. Plus, you are just a 2-minute walk to the Rocky Bay playground and beach! Everything you need for an excellent Waiheke getaway - Head to Omiha and put your feet up at The Fat Pigeon! This property has unfenced access to a large expanse of bush with a stream nearby. It is essential that guests take personal responsibility for the safety of their group in and around the bush area adjacent to the note that the no parties policy is strictly enforced at this property.
