Located opposite Pacific Ocean Beach, The Fairways Accommodation Kaikoura offers free WiFi. Some apartments offer mountain views and/or views of the golf course.. All accommodation features satellite TV and electric blankets. All accommodation offers air conditioned, LCD TVs and tea/coffee making facilities. Some accommodation offers a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. Situated next to Kaikoura Golf Club, Fairways Ocean Ridge is 6 minutes’ drive from Kaikoura’s town centre. There are hiking tracks and cycling trails just 5minutes’ drive away. The tour desk books fishing charters, cycle trips and massage and treatment packages.

Nestled in a quiet, rural native setting, this modern facility is just 5 minutes from the bustle of the town centre. Surrounded by amazing views of the rolling countryside and the Kaikoura Mountain Range, the Fairways Apartments offer 4.5 star, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, fully self contained with outdoor flow to the individual BBQ area. Enjoy the relaxation of your private spa, the warmth of the big open gas fires and the comfort of King Size beds and accomplished lounge and dinning area. 4 Star Studios are available for the overnighter. The Fairways is truely something special and more than a 1 night stay.
A very warm welcome to the Fairways. We are your hosts, Wayne & Deka. It would be a pleasure to welcome you to Kaikoura. We strive to provide you with a room that is clean and comfortable, and with a friendly attentive service. We set high standards and take pride in our facility. Our staff are fantastic; dedicated to ensuring the maintenance of high standards of presentation, hygiene and cleanliness. Enjoy the resturants/cafes, tours, wildlife and beaches and retreat to your own peaceful paradise at the end of it all.
The fairways is located in the stunning subdivision of Ocean Ridge. It boarders the Kaikoura golf course and is surrounded by natural native bush and farm land. Numerous walking tracks and mountain bike tracks start or pass through the subdivision on out into the rugged wilderness or shores of the ocean close by. There are so many activities to enjoy within the local area from visits to the seal colonies, whale watch, swim with the dolphins, walks biking, Kayaking and so much more. Just make sure you allow enough time to take in all that Kaikoura has to offer. The Fairways is a great base for launching day trips to Hamner ( 1.5 hrs) and Mount Lyford (45 minutes) and places north to Blenheim or Picton (1 .5 - 2 hrs).
