There are four equally large double bedrooms to choose from: two with super king beds that can be split into king singles; and the main bedroom with its own private balcony and bathroom. Finally, there is a room upstairs with a queen bed and an attached playroom with its own TV perfect as a kids getaway area. The large dining table seats eight, making it a great spot for long evenings of conversation and good company. Or why not fire up the BBQ and soak up the views? A large flat lawn at the back is also perfect for kids to play on. Just up the hill from Onetangi Beach and 2.6km from Palm Beach Seaview Sanctuary promises a getaway with stunning vistas, comfortable amenities and plenty of space for big groups. The property is my home half of the year and where I showcase the many artworks I have collected from around the world. I little bit eccentric but focused on comfort and a relaxed atmosphere I hope you will feel as at home here as I do. It is my place to relax and enjoy the wonders of Waiheke and the amazing views and beaches. Set up to have groups of friends and family the house easily caters for up to 8 people, come and enjoy good times.

Down a private driveway, you are secluded well away from other houses with an amazing view out over the ocean. The house is located just above Waiheke’s best beach with its golden sand and safe swimming and is spoilt for choice with restaurants and wineries. You’ve got Three Seven Two restaurant, local institution Charlie Farleys bar and restaurant, Ki Māha and Casita Miro for tapas and wine tasting just down the road. Or you are minutes away from the Onetangi Straight which boasts the Heke (and its Wisky Distillery), Te Motu, Tantalus Estate, Stony Ridge and Wild on Waiheke wineries.
