Sanctuary Ridge Villa is located in a secluded rural forest setting, yet only 10 minutes from the city centre. Peace and tranquility is the theme of Sanctuary Ridge, this quality villa is surrounded by native forest, cottage gardens, and sprawling manicured lawns, complemented by the sound of native bird song. Sanctuary Ridge Estate boasts a Swimming pool, Tennis Court, Forest walks, and Organic Gardens. The Estate is fully Enclosed / Gated and is hidden away from the rest of the world, Privacy and Security is paramount here at Sanctuary Ridge. Sanctuary Ridge is centrally located to many tourist hotspots, the property is handy to Tauranga City, Mount Maunganui as well as Rotorua only a 30-minute drive away.
