Our fabulous covered outdoor area with your private Spa Pool & BBQ, also provides a peaceful & serene spot to sip your morning coffee, unwind with a glass of wine at sunset, or relax in the Spa. Our Tranquil setting is only minutes away from your favourite Activities, Tourist Attractions & Eateries. NB. Our Apartment is not suitable for wheelchair or unsteady guests, as there are 3 steps in & out of the main area. The 2 Bedroom Apartment has ‘super-comfy’ beds that are highly praised by our guests. Every room has heating/cooling with remote controls. The roomy master bedroom provides you with a queen bed for a good nights sleep. The 2nd bedroom is smaller, with a double bed, but equally as nice. The lounge, Dining-Kitchenette areas are welcoming with plenty of room to relax, eat or watch tv. There is a short passage to the Bathroom & Wash Up area from the Living areas. The Bathroom is for Guests only. The sizeable Laundry/Washing Up area is a shared space with myself or Deirdre, who works in the front room. Separate from your space, but needs to access her Sewing Studio. There is also a separate Toilet in this area, solely for her use. Our back yard adjoins the Springfield Golf Course, and has many gardens to enjoy!

Deirdre & I are a mother & daughter team, who both enjoy meeting & being with people. After spending most of our earlier lives living at Pukehina Beach, Deirdre moved to Rotorua, married and had 3 children.. My son & I followed a few years later, and 30 years on, I now spend most of my time back in Pukehina Beach, where I have just opened an Airbnb Room.. Please check it out as well - Pukehina Hibiscus Haven. Deirdre now has 4 grandchildren, ( my great grandbabies) and is very happy looking after our Guests. My son, with his wife and their 2 children are back at Pukehina also, and only 5 minutes away from me. I have developed a semi Tropical twist to my gardens at Pukehina & have rather large vege gardens, some fruit trees and 5 hens. . One day, I may even get back to playing golf again… We both enjoy travel, so we love to provide our Guests with the holiday of their dreams.

Springfield is an established area, with nice homes & good neighbors. A Retirement Home/Hospital & 2 golf courses.. one over our back fence.. We have 3 blocks of shops close by, offering conveniences such as Dairy/Superette. Liquor Store, Cafes, Bakeries, Laundromat,and the International Sports Stadium all within walking distance. The Supermarket is minutes away as well. Our World Famous Mountain Bike Tracks are only minutes away, as are the Redwood Walking Tracks, and the thrilling Redwood Adventures. Rotorua’s Thermal Parks & Sky Line Skyride are also close by. If Fishing or Water Sports are your game, we are very handy to the beautiful Lakes that surround Rotorua. Rotorua has many Eateries offering a great selection of Cuisines.
