This is a self contained unit with kitchenette containing microwave cutlery and plates and glasses/cups. Coffee pod machine Webber bbq . It has a large seperate bedroom which has large king size bed and an ensuite. A king size single bed is in the spacious lounge. A large comfortable lounge/dining room. A guest laundry with iron and ironing board. Private spacious grounds to sit and relax in.

A very quiet neighbourhood. Mostly retired people. 5 minutes walk to Ruby Bay. Close to Mapua village which boasts a selection of fine restaurants and shops selling local artists works. Close to wineries too
