The space A separate wing of a modern 2 year old home in Mangawhai Heads with: Three large bedrooms - two bedrooms with brand new queen pocket spring beds, and the third bedroom with two brand new pocket spring single beds Quality linen provided Modern bathroom Large separate lounge with comfortable leather sofa, dining table and chairs and TV Kitchenette with tea, coffee and continental breakfast provided BBQ and Outdoor dining setting Outdoor shower Free Wifi Air conditioning/ Heat Pump
Interaction with guests I give my guests their privacy but am available to answer any queries 24/7 Other things to note The guest house is a wing off the main house with separate key entry. We live in the main wing of the house with two Ragdoll cats and are usually on-site to assist with any requests you may have.
The neighbourhood Mangawhai Heads is the perfect location to base your Mangawhai holiday Set in a family friendly subdivision there is a short walking track that begins at the edge of the property The property is also in easy reach of the local villages and beaches: 5 minute drive/ 20 minute walk to Mangawhai Heads Village 7 minute drive to Mangawhai Heads surf beach 8 minute drive to Mangawhai Village 14 minute drive to Langs Beach and 25 minute drive to Waipu
