Motel on Carroll Dunedin is a a 10-minute walk from the Octagon and a 5-minute drive from Dunedin Railway Station, home of the Taieri Gorge Railway. St Clair Beach is an 8-minute drive away. All studios include electric blankets, a refrigerator, microwave, toaster and a kettle. They also include a private bathroom with free toiletries. Guests enjoy access to laundry facilities.
