3 bedroom apartment. Shared deck and grounds, shared driveway Please park left, and leave the right clear for shared access Gates to be shut and clear at all times. Guest parking two medium sized cars free, oversized vehicles and over two med sized cars, must park on road. No events, no parties, no fireworks. Shoes off inside, and any issues please let me know so I can fix No smoking and no vaping near house. No smoking or vaping inside. Cleaning fees will be on charged
I had a mid line brain burst aneurysm at the age of 46. No warning. Please get income protection insurance. I had a 5.4% of living through it, and surgery helped. You, my friend, are my income to help pay the mortgage. I live in the attached studio, with two happy dogs. Life is perfect. Most of my foreign guests go home to their lives, and some get a dog, and we all live happily ever after.
Immediately a Well Being place is across the road on our lane. A two minute drive south on the highway is a French Cafe, with a playground and amazing breakfasts and coffee. It's shut Mondays. Most food places are shut on a Monday. North of me the the, Spice Grill, the best, cheapest Indian restaurant in the area. Licensed for alcohol. 14 minutes north. In Kerikeri, 13 minutes south east, are a variety of fine dining and delicious dining. The Plough and Feather, the Mahi, The Blavk Olive.
