It is beautifully presented with highly polished floors and new kitchen, laundry and bathroom facilities. Here you have maximum peace and privacy, all in a central location, close to the golden sands of Palm Beach and to Ostend village with all its many amenities. The comfortable living and lounge area flows seamlessly from the fully equipped kitchen to expansive decks that frame the view and offer outdoor dining. The two large bedrooms in the main house have Queen beds and the beautifully crafted sleep out offers further occupancy, one with a Queen bed.  And to top it all, you can indulge your inner angel as you relax and revitalise in the spa to the sound of native birds and soak up the peace that this sanctuary provides. Please note that by accepting the Terms and Conditions to rent this property you also accept full responsibility when using the spa. Please take care on the back lawn to avoid a fall risk to the concrete area where the boat is. All guests remain liable for their own safety while at the property. Please ensure that shoes are not worn in the house; suitcases may not be rolled up the internal stairs. Please make sure that the extractor fan is used every time you are cooking with the gas hob. Please note that the property has an outdoor security camera.

When you choose to venture out, the Waiheke resort is a mere 3 mins walk away with a pool, bar and restaurant. Or you could walk 12 minutes and hire a SUP at Palm Beach and enjoy easy access to the beautiful waters of the bay. A walk around the nearby reserve is another option to boost your energy and embrace the beauty of the natural environment that surrounds. Palm Beach is only a 2 min drive if you prefer. Try Arcadia restaurant for a scrumptious Waiheke lunch or dinner after your swim. A 15 mins walk will take you to Ostend and the supermarket, cafes and takeaways, petrol station and the farmers market on Saturdays. Oneroa is only 3.9 km away with a variety of shops, banks, the post office, petrol station, information centre, cafes, restaurants and bars including The Oyster Inn, Fenice, Wai Kitchen, The Red Crab, Vino Vino, and the Courtyard. The village also includes various Art Centres, a Four Square superette, Fruit & Veg shop and 2 liquor stores. Pop over the hill to the white sands of Onetangi and indulge in the quality food on offer at the award winning ThreeSevenTwo, stylish Ki Maha or the iconic Charley Farleys. Vineyards are in abundance and all within an easy drive.
