Located in Northwest Auckland, a beatiful penisula where was the private land of Britished Queen, and donated to as New Zealand Air Force Base (no airport here, only the living area for generals). This is a new developed area, all of the houses are brand new, average price above 1.7 million. Safe, decent, convenient, clean and tidy.

2 mins to resturaunt, 4 mins to supermarket, 5 mins to Hobsonville point ferry ,to downtown Auckland (20 mins trip), 6 mins to Golf club, 11 mins to Northwest Shpping Center, 20 mins to Sky Tower and CBD Auckland, 30 mins to Auckland Airport.
Free parking in private garage and parking lot. There are also plenty of free parking on the street.
