A resort for you who like to travel with extended family and many friends and to have everything you need for a successful holiday. Final cleaning and electricity included in the price. The 1300 sqm island is located only 125 m from the mainland with parking and floating jetty for boats. Four living rooms, one of which is a combined living room/bedroom on the second floor with table tennis table and 2 extra beds. 3 living rooms on the ground floor with several seating areas and dining tables, as well as a well-equipped kitchen with temperate wine cabinet. TV with Altibox (German, international and Norwegian channels) in addition to streaming. Internet speed 80 Mbits. From one living rooms there are large windows/folding doors to the terrace outside; great on days where you want to sit inside and look out, possibly lighting the fire pit on the terrace. Terraces around the whole holiday home. Linen NOK 125, - and towels NOK 50, - per person. Great swimming opportunities on the island. On the mainland, it is only 2 min to walk to Bømlo Golf Center with virtual courses from all over the world. Great areas and good hiking trails nearby. For rent at the floating pier at the holiday home: 2 x 21-foot boat Øyen 620F with 60 HP Mercury 4-stroke engine. GPS, echo sounder, chart plotter and 8 pole holders (ONE ONLY ON REQUEST) 1 x 20-foot boat HR600 with 90 HP Suzuki 4 stroke engine. GPS, echo sounder, chart plotter and 8 pole holders 2 kayaks 1 family kayak for 2 adults and a child in the middle. Great sea fishing. Own covered filleting space on the island and space for selling fishing equipment, fishing clothes etc. 2 freezers each of 200 liters in the hallway in the holiday home.

Please note: In your Booking.com account, links and attachments sent by DanCenter will not be displayed. Therefore, check your regular email account/SPAM folder as well. DanCenter's payment terms and conditions apply. Booking.com's terms and conditions apply to cancellations. A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking. Services such as final cleaning, bed linen and other are optionally available for a fee, but only if listed as bookable extras in the house description. In case guest opts to clean the house themselves, a cleaning audit charge of 220 DKK will be applicable.
