You will find this sustainable 6-person modern holiday home in a unique location, close to the forest, the dunes and the beach of Paal 17. This house is located on a very spacious plot and has a beautiful view over the Texel farmlands. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Downstairs you will find 1 bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs there are 2 more bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with shower and separate bath. There is also a separate toilet on the landing. This holiday home was delivered energy neutral in 2020 and meets all contemporary sustainability requirements. Various cycle junction routes start from the front door, making them ideal for cycling enthusiasts. The Dunes of Texel National Park is also within walking distance from the house.
