Our very spacious but oh so cozy chalet at the Schatberg, where you have everything at your fingertips; a lovely garden on a quiet part of the park, birds singing and the forest within walking distance, but in no time you are also in the middle of the vibrant life of the Schatberg. So come and relax or go for adventure: this house has the best of both worlds! There are 3 bedrooms in the house (1x double bed 160x200 cm, 1x double bed 140x200 and 1x bunk bed). The luxurious bathroom with authentic Portuguese tiled floor has a lovely spacious shower cabin, a washbasin and, last but not least, a bathtub! The toilet is in a separate room. Furthermore, there is a well-equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils. There are also games and books in the cottage. A camp bed and high chair are available. Made beds and towels are included! The spacious garden is completely surrounded by greenery, so it is not overlooked by neighbours. There is a terrace with a large dining table and a spacious lounge sofa.

Hi, we are Leo & Bo, crazy about wooden houses, nature, second hand, our critters and having adventures with our camper. Always thinking and creating things. With this house we hope to have created a wonderful vacation spot for our guests.

At the Schatberg you can swim, sunbathe on the beach, fish, play, play sports, eat, lounge and much more. Among other things, you will find playgrounds, an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, an (indoor) play forest and children's theater. There is also a supermarket, snack bar and cozy catering (with lounge terrace) available both indoors and outdoors. Throughout the year there is entertainment for young and old. Right next to the park you can (for a fee) miniature golf, climbing, water skiing, paintballing, bowling, laser gaming or enjoy a delicious meal at one of the surrounding restaurants. So for action and fun you don't even have to take the car! There is also plenty to do in the area, for both peace and quiet and adventure seekers. The most beautiful cycling (or hiking) routes are located in the immediate vicinity. Toverland amusement park is just a 10-minute drive from the park, Aardbeienland 20 minutes. The famous castle gardens of Arcen are also nearby. The small but cozy center of Sevenum is just a few minutes away but Horst and Panningen are also easy to reach by car. Half an hour away you will find the outlet and the cozy center of Roermond, in 20 minutes you are in the center of Venlo. There are also a number of wonderful saunas in the area.
