Tinyhouse is made of Wood and has 2 levels, insulated and fully furnished including Kitchen to cook. With your keys easy access and private entrance via iron staircase to Tinyhouse Woody. At the ground floor is a spacious living room with a large sofa to relax and watch TV with an international box and Netflix, heating, airconditioning and ceiling Fan, a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob to cook, plates, cutlery, pots and pans, kettle, microwave with an oven function, fridge with small freezer, including free coffee, tea and snacks; the Bathroom with built-in shower cabin, toilet, heating and washbasin including clean bath towels, Bathrobe, shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper, hairdryer. On the 1st floor, reach by iron ladder is the cozy Bedroom with a kingsize bed and clean bed linnen, extra pillows and blanket, airconditioning, heating, a small TV with Chromecast to stream from bed with your phone, a small wardrobe with hangers, mosquito net attached to windows and balcony door, good darkening sun blinds and curtains. From the Bedroom you enter a covered Balcony with a beautiful view over the Water to relax and looking at sunset. You can relax or smoke on the Balcony with 2 relaxation Chairs, a small Table and an outdoor rug. The whole day sun at the Balcony until sunset and no problem if it rains, you will stay dry because of the covered Balcony.

Tourist tax must be paid separately to the Host after check-in. I regularly work from home and available when necessary, while respecting your privacy.

The private double Bedroom and Bathroom is on the 1st floor at the main House, it is a spacious sunny Bedroom with a kingsize Bed including clean bed linnen, a workspace for your Laptop, including Kitchenette with free coffee, tea and snacks, mini fridge, WiFi, TV and Netflix, microwave, ceiling fan, a kettle, plates/cutlery, cups and glasses, spacious wardrobe and central heating, a mobile air-conditioning in summer; the private Bathroom is next to the Bedroom and is comfortable with clean towels, Bathrobe, shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper, hairdryer. For the rest you can use the shared Backyard at the Water to relax or smoke. On the one hand you can enjoy the peace and quiet at the water. Or walk in the nearby countryside, a local Farm is on 2 minutes walk from the location where you can buy organics Eggs; also The Zaanse Schans is nearby to see Windmills.
