On the second floor of our house you have a lot of privacy in a bright private room (23 square meters). It is a nice and quiet space of 23 square meters. With a well-equipped kitchen. It is a nice place to rest after a day in the city. There is a sofa, comfortable chair and dining table for 3 people. The room has smart TV, internet (wireless) and cooking facilities including dishwasher, oven/microwave etc. For sleeping, the sofa can be converted into a bed. It is a very comfortable sofa bed (200cm x 160cm) with a good mattress from the brand Simmons. You can also convert the chair into a bed for 1 person (200cm x 80cm). An extra top mattress (7cm) is available for this bed. The bathroom is on the same floor, right next to your room. There are two other rooms on the floor that we use as an office. Final cleaning is included in the price. If you want to clean during your stay, there are cleaning products The center of Amsterdam is easily and quickly accessible by public transport. The accommodation is located just outside the hustle and bustle of the city center.

We are happy to rent out a beautiful and bright room in our house. So you can discover all the beauty that Amsterdam has to offer. We both work in education. Shops, restaurants & more: Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Very close (2 minutes walk) is a large green city park and more. Ideal for running, swimming (also cold water diving in winter!) and outdoor fitness. Public transport: Easily accessible by all forms of public transport. - Tram stop 'Johan Huizingalaan' is nearby (3m walk). Trams take you to the city center (Vondelpark 7m, Leidseplein 15m). - Train/metro station also nearby (8m walk). Direct trains take you, for example, to Central Station (10m) and Schiphol Airport (6m). Parking: There are always parking spaces available in our street/neighborhood. Parking is free on Sundays, the other days you have to pay between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM (per hour or day ticket). Washing clothes There are two launderettes within a few minutes' walking distance. Bicycle rental: There is a bicycle shop within walking distance where they also rent out bicycles.
