This comfortably furnished family home is located at Buitenplaats Hosterwold in Zeewolde, surrounded by a landscaped garden on the water’s edge. The house is fully equipped and offers access to the communal swimming pool. Ideal for families or nature and outdoor sports enthusiasts, groups of young people are not permitted. A camp bed and high chair are available. The ground floor features a spacious, sunny living room with cosy seating, decorative fireplace, dining table, and direct access to the terrace and garden. Also on this level is a bedroom with a double bed and an adjacent bathroom with bathtub, shower, double washbasin, and toilet. The first floor has two more bedrooms—one double and one with two single beds—and a second bathroom with shower, two washbasins, and toilet. The house is non-smoking with smoke and fire detectors, CCTV for safety, and dogs are not permitted. The ample space in both house and garden makes it perfect for a relaxing family holiday. A security deposit of EUR 295,00 will be required closer to your check-in date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay. Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
