Hi, my name is Marcus Kleijn. I was born in the south of The Netherlands. I worked in hospitality business as a waiter, cook and for 15 years as a travel agent-touroperator for cycling tours all over the world. When I finished this job, I started with a B&B and did this till corona came. During the corona time I focussed on my family and rented the house out to a family, which formerly was my B&B, Now I am happy I am again busy with a B&B. I love to take care of my guests, to meet them and join stories. My hobbies are gardening (as you will see), playing tennis, cycling (MTB, tour, gravel), reading on history and nature, cooking, drinking beer, wine and whiskey, photography, visiting-hiking parks and much more...
I would love to see you as my guest. You are very welcome.
Cheers,
Marcus

Very cozy studio to feel at home (Osso means 'home') in quiet green area. Swimming pond and a lush garden in the back. A big driveway to park your car in the front plus a nice garden. Use of terrace in the front is always possible, swimming pond and back garden can be used at certain times, which will can be discussed when you are here. As we use the semi-attached house next to the studio the garden is more our private garden, but as I mentioned before we can make the rules to use parts of it in a personal talk.
The bedroom has a glass wall overlooking the garden and swimming pond facing the Northeast and south. Heating-cooling is build-in the floor for comfortable temperatures. However, we can deploy our movable airconditioner. Bed is boxspring and can be used as 2x90x200cm of 1x180x200 cm. A wardrobe cabin can be used for your clothes. A smart tv with channels and Netflix can also be used while relaxing on bed.
The bathroom has been made wide enough for guests with a wheelchair. Not everything is still suitable for wheelchairs, but we are changing this in the course of this year and then will adjust the settings for wheelchairs.
Kitchen is fully equipped, has a dining table.

The B&B is located in a residential area with lots of trees. Gardens are well kept and slightly larger than average. Just across the street is restaurant Eataliano located and restaurant Trix is just half a kilometer away. Arnhem is known for its parks. One is just behind the B&B, which can be reached in 2 minutes. It's Park Gulden Bodem. From this park you can cross a road to hike in Park Zypendaal and from there it is just a small distance to Park Sonsbeek. This way you are able to walk from the B&B to the centre using three parks to cross. It takes about 45 minutes to get to the centre on foot.
Supermarkets Albert Heijn, Jumbo and Lidl are all three about 1 to 1.3 kms by road from the B&B. Two cycle (repair)shops are 1.1 kms from us located.
The railway station is 2.5 kms and the centre of the city is 3.5 kms from the B&B.
Motorways are easily accessible and on our road facing the B&B, parking is free and always available/free.
Dog lovers will be happy with the fact that there is a large area for dogs and they do not need to be on a leash.
