Nearby the city centre but outside the bustle and hustle, on IJburg lies the athmospheric B&B De Zwanebloem. In the newly designed and styled B&B you will have your own studio, enjoy your private bathroom and spacious sunny rooftop terrace. The terrace wraps around the entire studio and provides furniture placed in both sun and shadow. Bike rental is possible nearby the B&B and the tram stop is within easy reach by foot. This tram directly takes you to Central Station in 15 minutes. After a day of sightseeing in the city or a long bike ride, you will certainly feel at home in this comfortable and luxurious B&B. Breakfast is optional but the supermarkets and bakeries are around the corner. There are also plenty of dining options in this area within walking distance.

Hosting my own B&B is a new start for me. I look forward to welcoming guests and to offer them a pleasant ant comfortable stay while providing them with that extra bit of luxury and treat that makes a trip special. I personally love this as well. As for the furniture, much effort has been put in smart decorations and luxurious materials, which provide for a homely and warm atmosphere. The city of Amsterdam and its environment have a lot of beautiful, fascinating places which I still enjoy and like to discover. Since I have been living in Amsterdam for a while, I can be a big help in providing a broad range of places to visit and hidden gems. Furthermore, I am a nature lover, who likes to bike and walk and loves the water.

Amsterdam is famous for many interesting and beautiful sights, for example the Rijksmuseum, the van Gogh museum, Damsquare, Anne Frank house and the canals. All these sights are close and can be reached quickly by the use of public transport or bikes. Within walking distance from the B&B there are multiple restaurants and bars worth visiting. Many places around the neighbourhood offer food delivery as well. In the area around the B&B there is the Diemerpark where you can take a beautiful walk or take a bike trip along the IJmeer. There are also several scenic walking- and biking routes to Muiden or to Waterland that will take you through picturesque towns. In the high season, a ferry service will take you from IJburg to Fort Island Pampus and the castle of Muiden. On warm and sunny summer days you can cool down in the water that lies behind the B&B or on the many small beaches of IJburg.
